Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tour de Goizueta account from either the website or the mobile app.

Delete from the website

  1. Sign in to the Tour web app.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Find Account and data, select Delete my account, and follow the confirmation step.

Delete from the mobile app

  1. Sign in to Workout Sync.
  2. Scroll to Account and privacy.
  3. Select Delete my account and confirm the permanent deletion.

What deletion does

Deletion removes your sign-in, participant profile, workout summaries, source credentials and connection records, uploaded profile picture and evidence, team membership, networking and activity submissions, scores, and other account-linked records from active systems. Connected Strava authorization is revoked when the provider makes revocation available.

Anonymous numeric team-token entries and organizer actions may remain when necessary to preserve shared competition accounting, but they will no longer identify you. Limited records may also be retained where required by law or in temporary service-provider backups and security logs.

This action cannot be undone. Disconnecting a workout source is available separately in Settings if you want to stop future synchronization without deleting the account.

Cannot sign in?

Email eric.james.holshouser@emory.edu from the address on your Tour account. We will verify the request before deleting the account.
